Since February 2015, Moorabbin’s industrial area has been home to  Movement Movement Pilates which promises and delivers “seriously fun Pilates”.

Being the only Pilates and rehab studio in Moorabbin, owner Lou Conyers saw an opportunity to grow and build something new out of her destressing regime that transformed into her full-time job.

Conyers and her fully qualified trainers offer small-group Pilates – with a maximum of 4 people per class – to ensure each person receives attention and tailored exercises. Programs are specifically designed to address your goals, and whether you’re looking to  recover from an injury, reduce stiffness, tone your body or simply destress – Movement Movement Pilates will certainly be able to accommodate you.

Sharing her love for Pilates by encouraging others, Conyers offers several types of classes. They include:

  • Studio Pilates to improve posture and assist in injury rehab
  • Reformer Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and tone your whole body
  • Exclusively run Tower Pilates, the only one of its kind in Melbourne which Conyers explains “delivers a mix of both mat and equipment work, as well as barre, and functional fitness”.

Movement Movement Pilates don’t only prioritise the wellbeing of their clients but also their wider community.
